Purpose of This Resource

This is a private reference site. It is not connected to a sheriff, jail, court, corrections department, parole office, federal agency, or tribal authority. No official jail roster, inmate file, release record, court filing, or ODOC record is stored here. Site operators cannot confirm whether a person is in custody, direct a jail to release someone, file a records request for a visitor, change an official file, or give instructions to a public office.

The site points visitors toward sources that may help with a Murray County custody or release question. Those sources include the Murray County Sheriff and Jail, Oklahoma courts, ODOC offender and supervision resources, VINE, and federal custody locators. It may also connect visitors with independent research tools. Access to an official record remains subject to the rules of the office that created it, including the Oklahoma Open Records Act, 51 O.S. §§ 24A.1 et seq., and any lawful restriction that applies.

Acceptable Use Rules

It does not provide consumer reports, credit reports, background checks, or screening services. Its advertising and search partners do not offer FCRA-covered services through this site. You agree not to use information obtained here, or through a linked tool reached here, for any decision governed by the FCRA, including:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, reassignment, or any other employment decision.
• Tenant selection, lease approval, or any other housing-screening decision.
• Creditworthiness, lending terms, debt eligibility, or insurance pricing.
• Licensing, permits, benefits, or government-program eligibility when consumer-reporting rules apply.
• Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA or comparable consumer-reporting law.

All site content and functions are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, no express or implied warranty is made concerning:

Custody, release, court, parole, and probation records can change after publication. Online systems can also lag behind the office that supplies their data. Nothing displayed here is an official statement from the Murray County Sheriff, Murray County Jail, ODOC, a court, or another public agency. Confirm important facts directly with the office that created the record.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Murray County Released Inmates and its owners, operators, content providers, and partners will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss arising from access to, inability to access, or use of the site. Suspension or Loss of Access

Access may be limited, suspended, or revoked at any time, for any lawful reason, and without advance notice. This can include conduct that violates these terms, threatens site security, burdens the service, or harms other users. Ending access does not waive any provision that should reasonably remain in force after termination.

Oklahoma Law Controls

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute concerning the site or these terms must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Oklahoma, unless controlling law requires a different forum.

If One Term Is Invalid

If a court finds any provision invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable while preserving its intended purpose as far as the law permits.
